A carbon steel frying pan with a high edge and good frying properties is an excellent tool for cooking outdoors. Our largest hob, almost 1 meter in diameter, is very popular with catering chefs. The frying pan is used today by hundreds of entrepreneurs in Scandinavia, Finland, England and the Baltics. A robust construction and a powerful burner under the thick-bottomed (5 mm) carbon steel boiler which, with its edge height of as much as 50 mm and electric ignition, is clearly high-performance.

Can be transported in an ordinary car, quickly set up and dismantled. It enables efficient production and serving of food to hundreds of eating customers.

The triple wind protection around the burner is unique and provides optimal protection against wind and heat loss while keeping gas consumption down. PRO-960 is an equipment that enables the preparation of dishes with volume from both fresh ingredients and semi-finished products. The pan is dimensioned for 50-80 portions depending on the dish and the flat bottom profile makes keeping warm easy while the high edge together with the lid allows both stew, steaming and smoking, only the imagination sets limits.
